How often will I be billed?
Your first 7 days are FREE, if you wish to remain a member of the group, on the 7th day you will then be billed £19.99 for one months membership, recurring every 30 days you remain a member. You must provide your payment details to start your 7 day trial, so that payment can be taken if you wish to remain a member after your 7 day free trial has ended.
Is it easy to cancel?
Absolutely! We'll be sorry to see you go, but you can easily cancel your membership at any time by emailing us and stating that you would like to cancel your membership. This must be sent at least 24 hours before your rebilling date to avoid being charged for a new month. Within 24 hours of receiving your email we will cancel your membership, and manually remove you from the group and send you a confirmation email :)
Is there a minimum term?
No. We don't believe in locking people into subscriptions, that's why we've made it easy for you to cancel at any time, there is no minimum term.
How do I get access after I pay?
We'll send you an email instantly after signing up, with the link to the group. Click the link, request to join the group and our admin will approve you within a few hours!
